3D Mixers & DVE's
3D is now becoming more relevant in Broadcast Production, and so to complete the filming requirements there are now 3D compatible Mixers. The Panasonic HMX100 Mixer uses dual supported SDI inputs to achieve the mix between 3D cameras, it also outputs either side by side or simultaneously which are the two main 3D outputs.
3D mixers in the near future will allow you to mix, fade and transform live stereoscopic feeds from 3D cameras and output them to large screens, projectors or eventually Live 3D streaming on the web.
