Existing DVCAM customers will be familiar with the excellent support services that the 2-year Silver Support contract - as included with each DVCAM hardware sale in EU, Norway and Switzerland - provides. This Extension Agreement allows end-users to build on the Silver Support Agreement already in place to gain additional peace of mind as well as known cost of ownership for a further year. It brings all the benefits of Silver Support together for a total of 3 years.This Extension product can be purchased at any time during the 2-year Silver Support's active period.
