Microboards' product range includes two automated printers for varying work loads: automated printers use robotics to automatically feed discs from an input bin into a printer. This process allows the users to simply load a stack of discs, start the printer and walk away, returning later to an output bin with printed discs.
Automated Printers
Automated printers are often used in conjunction with DVD duplicator towers for rapid production. Microboards offer two automated disc printers for varying volumes; the GX Autoprinter, which is designed for short runs and a lower overall volume of discs, and the PF-2, which is a high volume work horse printer. Both printers use HP ink jet technology to deliver a high quality finish.
This HP technology makes the Microboards automated disc printers compatible with Taiyo Yuden's revolutionary Water Shield technology allowing users of Microboards Ink jet automated printers to produce water resistant scratch proof images, while still taking advantage of the cost saving benefits of ink jet printing.
