Canon YJ13x6B KRS
The YJ13x6B has emerged from the exceptional YJ12x6.5B Pro-Video Wide Lens. This new lens surpasses the Pro-Video Wide lenses however by offering exception features such as the widest focal length (6mm), the fastest zoom speed (1.2 sec from wide to tele end) and the highest zoom ratio (13x).
As well as these fantastic features the YJ13x6B series has Canon's innovative 3-Group Internal Focus Technology and exclusive Shuttle Shot Function.
The YJ13x6B Series allows pro video camera operators to enjoy the technology that broadcast lenses have offered for years. The Internal Focus technology was first introduced in Canons ENG lenses but has since become the industry standard.
The Internal Focus system allows the front end of the lens to remain stationary meaning only the internal elements move when focusing.
As well as enhancing optical performance, the Internal Focus provides several other benefits:
- Improved chromatic aberrations, and therefore increased resolution
- IF is not sensitive to change in object distances
- Use of square food to decrese flare
- Higher level of creative filter work
