Studio LCD/OLED
The LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is widely used for broadcast and professional monitoring solutions. The LCD offers a lightweight and space saving footprint when compared to conventional CRT monitors and are now providing more accurate colour reproduction with reduced motion blur. In addition to the LCD's lower power consumption and impervious to magnetic fields, the LCD monitor offers double the operational lifetime of a CRT monitor. The latest OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) monitors are rapidly evolving and offer advantages over the current LCD monitors. Currently costing more than LCD technology and only available in smaller panel sizes the OLED offers a much wider colour gamut with greatly improved black levels, similar to the Broadcast Grade CRT.
