Here at Proav.co.uk we are happy to offer our
customers a straightforward returns policy on any items which you are not completely satisfied with. Provided
the item is a standard product (where no options have been specified) you may return or exchange the goods.
As part of our policy, items must be returned as new within eight working days of delivery and with all the
original packaging intact and product tags attached. Please notify us of your intention to return in writing at
returns@proav.co.uk within eight working days of receiving
your delivery.
The cost of successfully returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card and
will exclude any delivery costs.

replacement.
Please note: it is important that you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item before
returning it to us.
