Boom Poles

Boom poles are essential if you want to capture great directional sound when you’re on location. At ProAV, we stock short boom poles and long, extendable ones, so you can choose the right length depending on the usage you require. The boom poles are made from a range of different materials, ranging from aluminium, to the premium carbon fibre. Although slightly more costly, the carbon fibre boom poles are considerably lighter, thus offering benefits to any serious boom operator.

We also stock boom pole supports, which are designed to be used with one hand, freeing the other up for operating a field audio mixer. These handheld options are a lifesaver if you’re trying to multitask or if the idea of holding a heavy boom pole is too much. We have the most popular brands available including Sennheiser, Rode and Rycote, giving you quality products that you can rely on.

For more information, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with the team at ProAV. You can call us on 01442 292929 or email sales@proav.co.uk. You can also use the Live Chat box as well if you need assistance with anything.
