Proav, in conjunction with BirdDog, are currently running a promotion whereby when a customer purchases a P400 or P4K during December, they will receive a Flex Decoder in January, FREE of charge. This offer is not limited to just one purchase! For example, if you were to purchase 10 4k ptz cameras, you would receive 10 Flex Decoders in January!
