Vocas 15mm Pro Rail Support Kit - Type K

The Vocas 15mm Pro Rail Support Kit Type K consists of a 15mm rail support 'Pro', 15mm offset bracket, 15mm shoulder support, weight attachment plate, a 2.2 lb (1 kg) weight, and 2 handgrips.

It is suitable for use with heavy DV cameras.

The 15mm Pro Rail Support Type K is a double-sided rail support that offers a stable platform for attaching multiple camera accessories. Compatible with the Sony PMW-F3 camera, the rail support is attached to the camera using three 1/4” screws. The balance plate tripod attachment (included) ensures perfect placement of the camera on a tripod.

A 15mm shoulder support with a thick rubber pad allows you to easily carry heavy cameras over your shoulders. It is directly attached to the standard 15mm rails and can be adjusted to any angle to accommodate different body types. The attachment points on the rear side allow you to mount battery holders or counter weights on the camera system.

Using the 15mm offset bracket, you can adjust the position of the shoulder support and align the eyepiece parallel to the eye. It is ideal for cameras with a central placed viewfinder such as DSLR style cameras. By sliding the 2 handgrips along the 15mm or 19mm rails, you can adjust the distance between the camera and the user and thus capture images at any angle. The handgrips can be used with cameras weighing up to 55.11 lb (25 kg).
An attachment plate, which is mounted directly to the back of the shoulder support, and stackable 2.2 lb (1 kg) stainless steel weights provide optimum counterforce for stable shooting.
