Technical Customer Service Agent- REF: 280939

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to work in a busy department handling all post sales support. Proactive have expanded rapidly in recent years and we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a self motivated individual to operate in our service department and ensure we deliver the highest level of support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the best possible customer service support
  • Develop processes and procedures to improve the customer service journey
  • Coordinating the day to day activities of the customer service department with our in house technician to ensure service delivery target response times and quality standards are met consistently
  • Assist the sales team to support after-sales management activities
  • Develop relationships with manufacturers service departments

Key Attributes:

  • At least 3 years experience in a customer service role
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent MS office user
  • Exposure to B2B customer service
  • An interest in cameras and technology would be useful

Job Type: Full-time

The role will be based at our head office in Hemel Hempstead.
