Shipping and Delivery

All of our Domestic Shipments are covered by DPD's Predict Service. Thanks to their industry-leading Predict service, DPD provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you do not have to wait in all day.

Any international shipments are covered by DHL's On Demand Delivery service. This allows you to manage your delivery yourself. You can schedule a delivery, arrange delivery to a nearby DHL service point, nominate a safe place or request your shipment be put on hold until you are available.

Ensure your parcels arrive by 10:30am or noon the next working day.

DPD NEXT DAY
For parcel delivery in the UK before close of business the following working day.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery
Extend the working week with by 10:30, by 12 or next day delivery on Saturdays, and our Sunday Service is an industry-first, nationwide Sunday service.

Worldwide Shipping
DHL is our courier of choice for international shipments. Delivery to your chosen country can be selected during the checkout process. Your delivery charge will be calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the products. All charges will be displayed clearly in the checkout process. For all shipments outside of the EU a full commercial invoice will be included to help you in customs clearance. If you are required to pay duties you will receive a notification from DHL. Any duties can be settled via the On Demand Delivery service, meaning your delivery will not be delayed or held at customs.

How it works?

  • Add products to your basket and head to the checkout as normal
  • Select Collect in store from the shipping options
  • Complete your purchase
  • You will receive a confirmation email to say we have your order and then a phone call or email to say your order is ready to collect
  • Collect your products from Proactive providing a copy of your order confirmation and a form of ID e.g. drivers license or passport.

Please note - We will call or e-mail to confirm when the order is ready to collect, this will be within 60 minutes of your order being placed and Collections can only take place during our working hours.

Returned Items
On occasions where goods are returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or having not been collected form the courier depot, you will be liable for the cost of sending them again.

Rest assured that we take great care when packing all orders and only use trusted carriers. All orders are sent with plenty of protective packing to ensure your goods remain in perfect condition. Wherever possible we recycle packaging and previously used boxes to minimize our environmental impact

  • A Next-day is defined as the next day once we have all items for your order in stock and available for dispatch.
  • A Next day delivery can on occasions be a 2 working day delivery service for some remote areas of Scotland & Wales.
  • Unfortunately deliveries can occasionally be delayed by severe weather conditions.
  • In the unfortunate event of any delivery failure our liability is limited to reimbursement of the delivery charge only.
