Returns & Cancellations
At Proav we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, that’s why we offer a straightforward returns policy.
If you decide you do not want the item you have purchased you have up to 14 days to return it to us in new unused condition. All items must be complete with original and undamaged manufacturer packaging. If you would like to cancel an order you have not yet received please email email@example.com with your order number and a member of our team will arrange a refund or exchange.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty please use the form below detailing your problem. A member of our team will then make the necessary arrangements for your replacement. Please do not return any goods without an official RMA.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment method as used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
